 REPORTING FOR ADMISSION OF MBBS COURSE 2021

 

As per the allotment done by Medical Council Committee, Directorate General of Health Services, Govt. of India, New Delhi, all the candidates who have been allotted MBBS seats in the Mop-up Round of UG Counseling, in Institute of Medical sciences & SUM Hospital are hereby directed to bring the following documents mentioned below:

The following documents are required for Physical Reporting during verification by the College authorities:

  • DGHS Confirmation Letter/ Allotment Letter.

  • NEET Admit card (Original).

  • NEET Result/Rank Card.

  •   Original mark sheets & Pass certificates of class 10th

  • Original mark sheets & Pass certificates of class 12th

  • Original School/College leaving certificate.

  • Original Conduct / Character certificate.

  • Original Migration certificate.

  • Aadhaar Card of the Candidate.

  • 05(Five) of recent colour photographs.

  • 02 sets of photocopies of all above documents.

Supportive documents for NRI Category (For NRI Seats Only)

a. Documents claiming that the sponsorer is an NRI (Passport, Visa of the sponsorer).

b. Relationship of NRI with the candidate as per the court orders of The Hon’ble supreme Court of
India in case W.P.(c) No. 689/2017- Consortium of Deemed Universities in Karnataka
(CODEUNIK) & Ans. Vs Union of India & Ors. Dated 22-08- 2017.

c. Affidavit from the sponsorer that he/ she will sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate
duly notarized

d. Embassy Certificate of the Sponsorer (Certificate from the Consulate).

Fee Structure:

Course Fees (to be paid during Admission): MBBS:- Mgt/Paid Seat Rs. 17,90,000/- per year (4.5 years)

MBBS:- NRI Seat USD 49,000/- per year (4.5 years)

Fees for Hostel Admission:

1.          Hostel fee (UG) -

a.       Non-AC Three occupancy: Rs. 50,000 /

b.       AC Three occupancy: Rs. 90,000 /

Other Fees:

1.       Institute Caution Money - Rs 5,000/- (one time and refundable)
