As per the allotment done by Medical Council Committee, Directorate General of Health Services, Govt. of India, New Delhi. The candidates who have been allotted DM/MCH seats in the Round-1 of Super Specialty Counselling, in Institute of Medical sciences & SUM Hospital are hereby directed to submit the following documents mentioned below:

The following documents are required for Physical Reporting during verification by the College authorities:

  • DGHS/MCC Confirmation Letter/ Allotment Letter

  • NEET Admit card in Original

  • NEET Result/Rank Card Letter

  • Original Pass certificates of class 10th

  • MBBS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate

  • MBBS Degree Marksheet & Internship in Original

  • MD/MS Pass Certificate

  • MD/MS Marksheet

  • MD/MS Study Period

  • Permanent / provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI / State Medical Council.

  • College Leaving Certificate in Original

  • Conduct Certificate in Original

  • Migration certificate in original.

  • Aadhaar Card of the Candidate.

  • PAN Card of Candidate

  • 2 Set Photocopy of all above documents

  • 10 Nos Pass size Photograph

  • The Amount of Fee to be deducted on reallocation / Cancellation of seat to the candidates in 2nd of Counseling: Rs.30,000/-

Fees for Hostel Admission:

1.   Hostel fee (PG) -

a.       Non-AC single occupancy: Rs. 160,000 / Rs. 100,000 (Per Annum)

b.       Non-AC double occupancy: Rs. 100,000 / Rs. 75,000 (Per Annum)
