ADMISSION TO POST GRADUATE PROGRAMME (MD/MS) FOR THE AY - 2022-2023 BY DGHS/MCC (MOP UP ROUND)

REPORTING FOR ADMISSION OF MD/MS COURSES 2022

As per the allotment done by Medical Council Committee, Directorate General of Health Services, Govt. of India, New Delhi, all the candidates who have been allotted MS/MD seats in the Mop Up Round of PG Counseling, in Institute of Medical Sciences & SUM Hospital are hereby directed to bring the following documents mentioned below:

The following documents are required for Physical Reporting during verification by the College authorities:

  • DGHS/MCC Confirmation Letter/ Allotment Letter

  • NEET Admit card in Original.

  • NEET Result/Rank Letter.

  • Original mark sheets & Pass certificates of class 10th

  • Original mark sheets & Pass certificates of class 12th

  • MBBS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate.

  • MBBS mark sheet all year.

  • Internship complete Certificate

  • Permanent / provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI / State Medical Council.

  • College Leaving Certificate in Original.

  • Conduct Certificate in Original.

  • Migration certificate in original.

  • Aadhaar Card of the Candidate.

  • PAN Card of Candidate.

  • 10 Nos of colour Photograph.

  • 2 sets Photocopy of all the above document.

  • Supportive documents for NRI Category (For NRI Seats Only)

    a.     Documents claiming that the sponsorer is an NRI (Passport, Visa of the sponsorer).

    b.     Relationship of NRI with the candidate as per the court orders of The Hon’ble supreme
    Court of India in case W.P.(c) No. 689/2017- Consortium of Deemed 13 |

    c.     Affidavit from the sponsorer that he/ she will sponsor the entire course fee of the
    candidate duly notarized

  • Amount to be paid at the time of Admission (Rs):1st year Course fee

  • The Amount of Fee to be deducted on reallocation / Cancellation of seat to the candidates in 2nd of Counseling: Rs.30,000/-

Fees for Hostel Admission:

1.     Hostel fee (PG) -

a.     Non-AC single occupancy: Rs. 160,000 / Rs. 100,000

b.     Non-AC double occupancy: Rs. 100,000 / Rs. 75,000

c.     Non-AC four occupancy: Rs. 75,000

d.     AC single occupancy: Rs. 2,40,000/Rs. 1,80,000

e.      AC double occupancy: Rs. 1,50,000/Rs. 1,20,000
