Admission to UG Programme (MBBS) for the AY - 2024-2025 by DGHS/MCC (Round-2)

Reporting for admission of MBBS course 2024

As per the allotment done by Medical Council Committee, Directorate General of Health Services, Govt. of India, New Delhi, all the candidates who have been allotted MBBS seats in the Round-2 of UG Counseling, at Institute of Medical Sciences & SUM Hospital, Campus-II, Phulnakhara are hereby directed to bring the following documents as mentioned below: 

Timing / Schedule for physical joining: From 20th September 2024 to 27th September, 2024 (10.00 AM to 5.00 PM)

The following documents are required for Physical Reporting during verification by the College authorities:

  • DGHS Confirmation Letter/ Allotment Letter.

  • NEET Admit card

  • NEET Result/Rank Card.

  • Original Mark Sheet & Pass certificate of class 10th .

  • Original Mark Sheet & Pass certificate of class 12th .

  • Original School/College leaving certificate / Transfer Certificate.

  • Original Conduct / Character certificate.

  • Original Migration certificate.

  • Aadhaar Card of the Candidate.

  • Caste certificate (if applicable) claiming to be SC, ST & OBC

  • 02 sets of photocopies of all above documents.

  • 05(Five) nos of recent colour photographs.

Supportive documents for NRI Category (For NRI Seats Only)

  • Documents claiming that the sponsorer is an NRI (Passport, Visa of the sponsorer).

  • Relationship of NRI with the candidate as per the court orders of The Hon’ble supreme Court of India in case W.P.(c) No. 689/2017- Consortium of Deemed Universities in Karnataka (CODEUNIK) & Ans. Vs Union of India & Ors. Dated 22-08- 2017.

  • Affidavit from the sponsorer that he/ she will sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate duly notarized

  • Embassy Certificate of the Sponsorer (Certificate from the Consulate)

Fee Structure: Course Fees (to be paid during Admission):

MBBS:- Deemed / Paid Seat Rs. 14,95,000/- per year (4.5 years)

MBBS:- NRI Seat USD 36,000/- per year (4.5 years)

Amount to be paid at the time of Admission (Rs):1st year course fee + college caution money

The Amount of Fee to be deducted on reallocation / Cancellation of seat to the candidates in 2nd of Counseling: Rs.30,000/-

 Fees for Hostel Admission:

1.      Hostel fee (UG) -

  • Non-AC Three occupancy: Rs. 50,000/-

  • AC Three occupancy: Rs. 90,000/-

  • AC Two occupancy: Rs. 110,000/- 

Other Fees:

Institute Caution Money - Rs 5,000/- (one time and refundable)
Hostel Caution Money- Rs 5,000/- (one time and refundable)
Mess- Rs 4,000/- per month

Hostel and Mess fees must be paid yearly
